1.   Hours of Operation

1.1.      Service Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

1.2.      Office Hours: Monday through Saturday 6am - 11pm; Closed on Sundays

2.   Holidays

2.1.      Holidays include: New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve. Holiday rates are one and a half times the base rate for all One-Way and Airport Transfers and for all Hourly Charters a six (6) hour minimum at standard charter rates apply.

3.   Reservations and Payment

3.1.      Alimena Limousine, LLC reserves vehicles on a first-come first-serve basis. A reservation is considered complete when the following is met: A 50% deposit by credit card, cash, check or debit card is required at the time the reservation is made for all Hourly Charters, One-way Transfers, and Packages to include but not limited to Concerts, Shows, Dinners, Special Events, Sporting Events, Prom and School Dance Charters and Weddings. For Airport Transfers, some One-way Transfers and Corporate Services a valid credit card must be provided or a 50% deposit by cash, check or debit card is required at the time the reservation is made. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full by credit card, cash, check or debit card prior to service.

3.2.      Alimena Limousine, LLC will not accept multiple credit cards, checks or debit cards for a single charter or one-way transfer for payment. Payment must be made with one credit card, check or debit card, with the exception of the deposit.

3.3.      Alimena Limousine, LLC reserves the right to secure funds on a valid credit card the day the reservation is made and/or process all credit cards within seven days of service. Alimena Limousine, LLC reserves the right to process all international credit cards the day the reservation is made. Alimena Limousine reserves the right to request a Credit Card Authorization Form to be filled out completely and submitted to Alimena Limousine to keep on file. Clients are required to submit a completed credit card authorization form for any service over $2000.00.

3.4.      All pricing is subject to change without notice.

3.5.      When a reservation is made and a valid credit card or a 50% deposit is received the price quoted is secured provided there is no additional service other than the service quoted.

3.6.      In the event of a returned check, the Client will be charged the maximum fees allowed by Georgia Law under section 13-6-15 of the Official Code of Georgia.  For credit cards that do not process or are declined, Alimena Limousine allows a fifteen (15) day grace period from the date of service for payment to be made in full without assessing a late fee. A late fee will be assessed and invoiced separately in the form of interest at the rate of 18% APR (calculated at a daily rate of 0.049281%) of the original invoiced amount for every day the outstanding balance is not paid in full. For all invoices that are not paid within ninety (90) days from the due date, Alimena Limousine will seek legal counsel and will either hire a collection agency to collect outstanding amounts, take the Client to court, and/or place a lien on business or personal property in the amount of the outstanding amount. The Client is required to pay all fees in order to collect the outstanding amount. Services will be suspended until the outstanding amount, including all interest fees, is paid in full.

 

4.   Gratuity

4.1.      Gratuity is not included in pricing except for package pricing or all-inclusive pricing. Alimena Limousine, LLC recommends the industry standard gratuity of 20% of the base rate.

 

5.   Sales Tax

5.1.      Sales Tax is required in accordance with Georgia Department of Revenue sales tax code 560-12-2-.84 and is calculated as a percentage of the base rate from the county of termination of service.

 

6.   General

6.1.      Alimena Limousine, LLC will only transport the number of people and/or the amount of luggage that is equal to or less than the vehicle capacity or weight restrictions set forth by the manufacturer or has been approved by Alimena Limousine, LLC prior to pickup.

6.2.      Seat belts are required to be worn by all front seat passengers and all passengers 18 years or younger with the exception of limousines and buses in accordance with Georgia State Law. As a hired vehicle it is the responsibility of the Client to ensure proper restraint of all passengers. Alimena Limousine will not be held liable for the improper restraint of any occupant.

6.3.      All children under the age of six (6) must be properly restrained in a federally-approved child restraint appropriate for the child’s height and weight in accordance with Code 40-8-76 of the Georgia Child Passenger Safety Law. Alimena Limousine requires that all child safety seats and booster seats are provided and installed properly by the Client. Alimena Limousine takes no responsibility for the improper restraint of children. As a hired vehicle it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure proper restraint.

6.4.      All children under the age of 12 must have an adult chaperone in the vehicle at all times.

6.5.      The transporting of any animal is subject to the approval of Alimena Limousine. If approved for travel, all animals must be kept inside an approved animal carrier at all times. Additional cleanup charges may apply including an additional charge of $300 if sanitization is necessary.

6.6.      It is the responsibility of the Client to review the confirmation they receive prior to service to ensure all information is correct and respond within 48 hours if anything requires changing or additional charges may apply in accordance with Section 15 of this Policy, Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies.

6.7.      All Clients are required to sign a Driver Trip Sheet upon the completion of service.

6.8.      If there is a question or discrepancy regarding service or charges, the Client is to call Alimena Limousine at 678-254-8298. Chauffeurs do not have any authority to resolve issues.

 

7.   Hourly Charters

7.1.      An Hourly Charter is defined as a pick-up at a designated place and time determined by the Client and charge is calculated from the scheduled time of pick-up until the final time of drop-off.

7.2.      Hourly Charters that have no estimated duration and if prior to or after the last drop off, the Client does not communicate to Alimena Limousine or to the chauffeur that they have no other intentions or plans except that the chauffeur is to wait for them until they get back into the vehicle or until the chauffeur is called off, the chauffeur will wait a total of four (4) additional hours from the time of drop off before the chauffeur is called off and the full charge including the four (4) hour wait time will be charged to the Client. This excludes other arrangements that are made between the Client and Alimena Limousine or there is an understanding that the chauffeur will be waiting an undetermined amount of time.

7.3.      On Friday and Saturday nights after four (4) o’clock pm, a minimum of three (3) hours is required for transfers and charters for all 6-10 passenger stretched limousines and vans.

7.4.      A minimum of a four (4) hour charter is required on all buses, motor coaches, limo buses, 11 passenger or more stretched limousines and specialty vehicles.

7.5.      On Friday and Saturday nights after four (4) o’clock pm during Prom season, a minimum of six (6) hours is required for transfers and charters for all 6-10 passenger stretched limousines, 11 passenger or more stretched limousines, buses, motor coaches, limo buses, and specialty vehicles.

 

8.   One-Way Transfers

8.1.      A One-Way Transfer is defined as a pick-up at a designated place and time determined by the Client prior to dispatch and then transferred to a designated drop-off location determined by the Client prior to dispatch, without any additional stops. The Client may request changes to time and place of pick-up and drop-off and include additional stops provided availability. Additional costs may apply.

8.2.      It is the responsibility of the Client to notify Alimena Limousine of any changes in times and/or locations at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled pick-up or Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies apply based on information provided. All changes to times and/or locations are subject to availability. Alimena Limousine, LLC will wait up to thirty (30) minutes from the scheduled time of pick-up before additional charges apply in accordance with Section 15.1 of this Policy, Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies.

8.3.      Additional stops within five miles or fifteen minutes off the most direct route of transfer will incur a $20 charge for each stop. If the additional stop(s) take longer than fifteen minutes from the time of arrival at the stop to the time of departure from the stop a fee of 25% of the hourly rate for the vehicle hired will be assessed for each additional fifteen minutes at the stop. All other stops will be billed at an hourly rate determined by Alimena Limousine.

8.4.      For all One-way Transfers there must be a minimum of four hours between the pick-up time and the return pick-up time or the hourly rate will be used from the time of initial pick-up to the time of the final drop-off.

 

9.   Airport Transfers

9.1.      An Airport Transfer is defined as a One-Way Transfer that has a pick-up or drop-off at an airport.

9.2.      Additional stops within five miles or fifteen minutes off the most direct route of transfer will incur a $20 charge for each stop. If the additional stop(s) take longer than fifteen minutes from the time of arrival at the stop to the time of departure from the stop a fee of 25% of the hourly rate for the vehicle hired will be assessed for each additional fifteen minutes at the stop. All other stops will be billed at an hourly rate determined by Alimena Limousine.

9.3.      When two (2) or more people arrive at the airport at different times and on different flights to be transported in the same vehicle, the Client will be charged the amount of 25% of the hourly rate for the vehicle hired for each additional fifteen minutes of wait time until all clients are seated in the limousine.

9.4.      To the Airport - It is the responsibility of the Client to notify Alimena Limousine of any changes in times and/or locations at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled pick-up or Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies apply based on information provided. All changes to times and/or locations are subject to availability. Alimena Limousine, LLC will wait up to thirty (30) minutes from the scheduled time of pick-up before additional charges apply in accordance with Section 15.1 of this Policy, Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies.

9.5.      Domestic Airport Arrivals – It is the responsibility of the Client to provide accurate flight information or additional charges apply in accordance with Section 15.2 of this Policy, Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies. It is the responsibility of the Client to notify Alimena Limousine of any changes in times, locations and/or flight information at least 2 hours prior to the estimated arrival time at the gate according to the official flight information from the FAA or the airline or Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies apply based on information provided. All changes to times and/or locations are subject to availability. Alimena Limousine, LLC will wait up to forty-five (45) minutes from the scheduled time of pick-up before additional charges apply in accordance with Section 15.2 of this Policy, Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies.

9.6.      International Airport Arrivals - It is the responsibility of the Client to provide accurate flight information or additional charges apply in accordance with Section 15.3 of this Policy, Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies. The chauffeur will not arrive at the airport until one (1) hour after the arrival time at the gate according to the official flight information from the FAA or the airline. Additional charges may apply for international pick-ups. It is the responsibility of the Client to notify Alimena Limousine of any changes in times, locations and/or flight information at least 2 hours prior to the estimated arrival time at the gate according to the official flight information from the FAA or the airline or Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies apply based on information provided. All changes to times and/or locations are subject to availability. Alimena Limousine, LLC will wait up to forty-five (45) minutes from the scheduled time of pick-up before additional charges apply in accordance with Section 15.3 of this Policy, Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies.

9.7.      Private Airport Arrivals - It is the responsibility of the Client to provide accurate flight information or additional charges apply in accordance with Section 15.2 of this Policy, Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies. It is the responsibility of the Client to notify Alimena Limousine of any changes in times and/or locations at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled pick-up at the airport or Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies apply based on information provided. All changes to times and/or locations are subject to availability. Alimena Limousine, LLC will wait up to forty-five (45) minutes from the scheduled time of pick-up before additional charges apply in accordance with Section 15.1 of this Policy, Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies.

9.8.      Meet and Greets – Atlanta’s Hartsfield Jackson International Airport - Chauffeur will hold a sign with the Client or business name on it in the “Chauffeur Waiting Area” located at the top of the escalators in the main terminal just outside the baggage claim area for the Client's designated airline located in the corridor between the North and South baggage claim areas. For American Airlines clients, the chauffeur will hold a sign with the Client or business name on it in the American Airlines baggage claim area. A contact number for the Client arriving must be provided prior to departure in case the chauffeur is unable to connect with the Client or fees listed above apply.

9.9.      Curb-side Pick-ups - Clients shall call the Alimena Limousine phone number (678-254-8298) or the chauffeur’s phone number as provided at the time they are getting off the plane to confirm accurate flight information and arrival. Once the Client has their baggage in hand at baggage claim, the Client shall call the Alimena Limousine phone number (678-254-8298) or the chauffeur’s phone number as provided to determine the best pick-up location.

 

10.   Concerts, Shows, Dinners, Special Events, Sporting Events

10.1.   All service for concerts, shows, special events, sporting events and similar events and the like that are NOT charged as an hourly service will be defined as two One-Way Transfers, will be charged our special event rate pricing and will be treated as One-Way Transfers as defined herein.

 

11.  Prom and High School Dance Charters

11.1.   All persons under 18 years of age must have a parent’s or guardian’s approval prior to reservation and service. All reservations made using a valid credit card must be accompanied by the approval of the card holder.

11.2.   An itinerary approved by a parent or guardian must be submitted to Alimena Limousine prior to service.

11.3.   All persons involved in a Prom or High School Dance Charter must sign a Limousine Prom and School Dance Agreement prior to service.

 

12.  Weddings

12.1.   Sparklers, Bubbles, and Guests must be kept five (5) feet from all vehicle(s) owned or representing Alimena Limousine at all times. If anything requires replacement or repair on the vehicle(s) being hired including exterior and/or interior surfaces of the vehicle or items used by Alimena Limousine for the wedding service including red carpets and decorations, additional charges may be charged equal to the replacement value or repair costs.

12.2.   Red carpets will not be used in the presence of sparklers or rain. The quoted rate will not be discounted if a red carpet or other decorations cannot be used for reasons outside of Alimena Limousine’s control.

12.3.   Only decorations approved by Alimena Limousine and installed by the chauffeur will be allowed in or on any limousine hired.

12.4.   It is the responsibility of the Client to notify Alimena Limousine of any changes in times and/or locations at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled pick-up or Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies apply based on information provided. All changes to times and/or locations are subject to availability. Alimena Limousine, LLC will wait up to thirty (30) minutes from the scheduled time of pick-up before additional charges apply in accordance with Section 15.1 of this Policy, Cancellations / No Shows / Late Policies.

 

13.  Corporate

13.1.   A 20% gratuity and sales tax from the county of termination of service will be included in the total charge.

13.2.   All Corporate Institutions must provide a credit card for payment unless approved for billing. A Credit and Credit Card Authorization Form must be filled out completely and submitted to Alimena Limousine to be approved for billing.

13.3.   When approved for billing Corporate Institutions will be billed Net Thirty (30) from the date of service. Invoices will be sent out via email within seven (7) days of service. Invoices will only be sent by postal mail upon request.

13.4.   Receipts will be sent via email once payment is received.

13.5.   All discounted rates are cancelled after the due date of the earliest past due balance and regular rates apply for all future transportation until all past due balances are paid in full.

13.6.   A late fee will be assessed and invoiced separately in the form of interest at the rate of 18% APR (calculated at a daily rate of 0.049281%) for every day the invoiced amount is past due according to the due date and balance stated on the original invoice until the original invoice is paid in full. Interest fees do not have a fifteen (15) day grace period and are due on the due dates listed on the invoices containing outstanding interest fees.

13.7.   All invoices including invoices containing outstanding interest fees that are not paid within ninety (90) days from the due date Alimena Limousine will seek legal counsel and will either hire a collection agency to collect outstanding amounts, take the Client to court, and/or place a lien on business or personal property in the amount of the outstanding amount. The Client is required to pay all fees in order to collect the outstanding amount. Services will be suspended until the outstanding amount, including all interest fees and collection fees, are paid in full.

13.8.   If multiple One-Way Transfers for the same Client are within one (1) hour of drop-off and pick-up time Hourly Charter rates will apply.

13.9.   All universities, schools, churches and tax-exempt institutions must present Authorization Form ST-5 from the Georgia Department of Revenue Sales and Use Tax Division in accordance with the Official Code of Georgia Section 48-8-3 in order for sales tax to be waved.

 

14.  Affiliates

14.1.   A company that Alimena Limousine, LLC sends business to is defined as a “Farm-Out Company” and a company that sends business to Alimena Limousine, LLC is defined as a “Farm-In Company”.

14.2.   All companies based in Georgia working with Alimena Limousine either as a Farm-In Company or as a Farm-Out Company in Georgia are required to have and meet the following requirements. If the individual or company does not have these items they may have them through another company. However, they must have all these items through that company for each vehicle they own and operate. Alimena Limousine, LLC reserves the right to request the appropriate documents proving the “Farm-In Company” or “Farm-Out Company” meets these requirements.

14.2.1.        Business license for a legally registered business entity.

14.2.2.        Current Georgia State Registration and Tags for each vehicle in service.

14.2.3.        Registered with the Georgia Public Service Commission with a Class ‘B’ Limousine Certificate or GDMVS Motor Carrier with a Passenger Permit, US DOT/GA Number and Intrastate Registration for all vehicles in operation. All vehicles must have proper identification.

14.2.4.        Automobile Liability Insurance required by the State of Georgia meeting the regulations for the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport if servicing the airport. Must have an ACORD Certificate of Liability Insurance (General Liability) ($500,000, $1,000,000, $100,000), with the City of Atlanta named as additional insured in every vehicle in service at all times.

14.2.5.        Current State of Georgia Interstate Motor Carriers Vehicle Registration Stamps or Form G-Vehicle Identification Cabcards for each vehicle in operation must always be present in vehicle.

14.2.6.        Registered with the Georgia Department of Revenue Sales and Use Tax Department. All Cars For Hire are required to pay Sales and Use Tax in accordance with Georgia Department of Revenue sales tax code 560-12-2-.84.

14.2.7.        Current Hartsfield Jackson International Airport Limousine or Bus Permit and stickers if servicing the airport.

14.2.8.        All drivers must have on them at all times a current Chauffeur's Permit, Class “C” Commercial Driver License if required and a Hartsfield Jackson International Airport Limousine Permit if servicing the.

14.3.   All Affiliate Companies based outside of Georgia working with Alimena Limousine either as a Farm-In Company or as a Farm-Out Company must provide quality legal service and are required to have and meet all requirements for the state and the airports where said company provides service.

14.4.   All Farm-Out Companies must agree to the terms and conditions of the Alimena Limousine Chauffeur Expectations Agreement and agree to enforce these expectations among their chauffeurs in order to provide service for Alimena Limousine, LLC. If a chauffeur that works for the Farm-Out Company does not comply with the Alimena Limousine Chauffeur Expectations Agreement, Alimena Limousine, LLC reserves the right to take back any scheduled service and refuse future business to the Farm-Out Company.

14.5.   All Farm-Out Companies will be paid in accordance with such company’s published or provided affiliate rates given at time of reservation. If not provided, Alimena Limousine will use the Alimena Limousine Affiliate Rate Pricing or 10% discount off the Alimena Limousine Retail Base Rate Pricing plus the entire gratuity (1.10 times the base rate charges). The Farm-Out Company will be paid within 30 days of service provided.

14.6.   Alimena Limousine will charge either the Alimena Limousine Affiliate Rate Pricing or 10% discount off the Alimena Limousine Retail Base Rate Pricing plus the entire gratuity (or 1.10 times the base rate charges) to all Affiliate Farm-In Companies that have been approved for billing and when service is paid by cash or check by the due date.

14.7.   All Affiliate Farm-In Companies must provide a credit card for payment unless approved for billing. A Credit and Credit Card Authorization Form must be filled out completely and submitted to Alimena Limousine to be approved for billing. When approved for billing the Affiliate Farm-In Company will be billed Net Thirty (30) from the date of service.

14.8.   If an Affiliate Company does not provide payment within thirty (30) days of service or if an affiliate chooses to make payment with a credit card, 3% of the total will be added to the bill and the credit card on file will be charged.

14.9.   If payment cannot be processed and all past due invoices are not paid within sixty (60) days from the due date Alimena Limousine will seek legal counsel and will either hire a collection agency to collect outstanding amounts, take the Client to court, and/or place a lien on business or personal property in the amount of the outstanding amount. The Client is required to pay all fees in order to collect the outstanding amount. Services will be suspended until the outstanding amount, including all interest fees and collection fees, is paid in full.

14.10.                     All limousine companies based in Georgia willing to do business under tax-free status must provide Authorization Form ST-5 from the Georgia Department of Revenue Sales and Use Tax Division in accordance with the Official Code of Georgia Section 48-8-3 in order for sales tax to be waved. All companies based outside of Georgia that have hired Alimena Limousine as a Farm-In Company to provide service for their clients are required by Georgia Law to pay sales tax on the base rate of service.

14.11.                     Alimena Limousine reserves the right to use another approved limousine service that meets the Alimena Limousine “Driver Expectations Agreement,” “Policy” and the company’s standards of professionalism, reliability, and service when a requested limousine or driver is not available. These companies are considered “Farm-Out Companies”.

 

15.  Cancellation / No Shows / Late Policies

15.1.   One-Way Transfers / Airport Transfers To The Airport - It is the responsibility of the Client to notify Alimena Limousine of any changes to times, locations or cancellations within a minimum of a two (2) hour notice prior to the scheduled pick-up, arrival time or before a vehicle has been dispatched. If Alimena Limousine is not notified according to these terms, the full charge will be billed. The chauffeur will wait up to thirty (30) minutes after the scheduled time of Pick-Up before additional fees are charged to the Client. If the Client DOES make contact during this time the amount of 25% of the hourly rate for the vehicle hired will be charged for each additional fifteen (15) minutes of wait time following the thirty (30) minute grace period until the Client is seated in the limousine or the chauffeur is called off by the Client. If the Client DOES NOT make contact with the chauffeur during the thirty (30) minute grace period, the driver will be called off, the Client will be considered a No-Show and the full charge will be billed.

15.2.   Airport Transfers From The Airport, Excluding International Flights - It is the responsibility of the Client to notify Alimena Limousine of any changes to times, locations or cancellations within a minimum of a two (2) hour notice prior to the scheduled pick-up, arrival time or before a vehicle has been dispatched. If Alimena Limousine is not notified according to these terms, the full charge will be billed. The chauffeur will wait up to forty-five (45) minutes after the flight arrival time at the gate according to the official flight information from the FAA or the airline before additional fees are charged to the Client. If the Client DOES make contact during this time the amount of 25% of the hourly rate for the vehicle hired will be charged for each additional fifteen (15) minutes of wait time following the forty-five (45) minute grace period until the Client is seated in the limousine or the chauffeur is called off by the Client. If the Client DOES NOT make contact with the chauffeur during the forty-five (45) minute grace period, the driver will be called off, the Client will be considered a No-Show and the full charge will be billed.

15.3.   International Airport Transfers From The Airport - It is the responsibility of the Client to notify Alimena Limousine of any changes to times, locations or cancellations within a minimum of a two (2) hour notice prior to the scheduled pick-up, arrival time or before a vehicle has been dispatched. If Alimena Limousine is not notified according to these terms, the full charge will be billed. Pick-ups are scheduled one (1) hour after the flight arrival time at the gate according to the official flight information from the FAA or the airline. The chauffeur will wait up to forty-five (45) minutes after arriving at the airport one (1) hour after the flight arrival time at the gate according to the official flight information from the FAA or the airline before additional fees are charged to the Client. If the Client DOES make contact during this time the amount of 25% of the hourly rate for the vehicle hired will be charged for each additional fifteen (15) minutes of wait time following the one hundred and five (105) minute grace period until the Client is seated in the limousine or the chauffeur is called off by the Client. If the Client DOES NOT make contact with the chauffeur during the one hundred and five (105) minute grace period, the driver will be called off, the Client will be considered a No-Show and the full charge will be billed.

15.4.   One-Way Wedding and Van Transfers – A minimum of a fourteen (14) day cancellation notice is required prior to scheduled pick-up or full charge will be billed.

15.5.   Hourly Limousine, Sedan, SUV and Van Charters - A minimum of a fourteen (14) day cancellation notice is required prior to scheduled pick-up or the full charge of the entire reserved time will be billed.

15.6.   Bus, Motor Coach and Limo Bus Charters – A minimum of a thirty (30) day cancellation notice is required prior to scheduled pick-up or full charge will be billed.

15.7.   Prom Charters - A minimum of a fourteen (14) day cancellation notice is required prior to scheduled pick-up or the full charge of the entire reserved time will be billed.

15.8.   Gratuity will not be charged for cancelled transfers or charters.

 

16.  Disclaimer

16.1.   Alimena Limousine, LLC reserves the right to refuse transport to any person who is under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs; is performing any illegal activity to include but not limited to prostitution, possession of illegal substances and illegal possession or use of firearms; will not refrain from smoking in the vehicle(s); is not capable of taking care of himself or herself; or displays conduct that makes him or her objectionable or unsafe to the driver(s) or other passengers.

16.2.   SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in all of our vehicles. There will be an additional charge of $300 if an occupant smokes in any of our vehicles.

16.3.   There will be an additional charge of $300 if sanitization is necessary.

16.4.   There will be an additional charge if excessive cleanup is necessary.

16.5.   Standing or hanging out of sunroofs or windows is NOT permitted.

16.6.   Alimena Limousine, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen property or items left inside the limo during or after service.

16.7.   If anything requires replacement or repair on the vehicle(s) being hired due to misuse or destruction by passengers, additional fees may be charged equal to the replacement value or repair cost.

 

17.  With remittance of payment, acceptance of confirmation, and/or acceptance of service you agree to abide by all sections of this Policy as stated herein.
