I met Eric many years ago, while he was working for another limousine service, no longer in service, what struck the most about Eric was his high level of professionalism, his excellent customer service attitude, and his sense of duty and loyalty toward his clients, those days I was traveling very frequently, almost on a weekly basis, my business called for a very strict schedule, Eric was always there to assist me and to go out of his way to make each and every trip an enjoyable experience.

Later Eric opened up his own business, Alimena Limousines, and without hesitations I followed him. I have certainly enjoyed my relationship with Alimena Limousine since February of 2008. I am a frequent traveler and find that I depend on them regularly to get me to and from the Atlanta airport with friendly, courteous, and professional service. Oh yea, by the way they are always on time if not early. Alimena Limousine’s rates are competitive. Why drive and pay exorbitant parking fees when you can have Eric and his staff drive you. I recently booked and used the services of Alimena Limousine for my wedding on May 23, 2009. My fiancé and I found them to be very professional and accommodating. They are easy to work with and will tailor specific transportation needs to your request. I've used several other Atlanta area limo companies for various events through my company and found this one to be the best.

Sweet 16

As Promised we came back for more A+ QUALITY SERVICE. On August 4th we celebrated my daughters Sweet 16 birthday. And of course no Sweet 16 would be complete without a limousine ride with your best girlfriends. I must admit that on short notice, I called Mr. Alimena praying he would be available. The rest is history as one would say! Again, we received exceptional service. Not only did Mr. Alimena assist me in choosing a dining location he also fulfilled my request for 16 white balloons (w/o helium) to be placed in the limousine. Now, who do you think blew-up those balloons? You got it!!!! Mr. Alimena himself. Now that's what I call service!

I recently planned a birthday party for my wife that went off perfectly. I had some out of town travelers and the party was a surprise so I wanted the night to go smoothly. I simply e-mailed Eric our destination the day before and he took care of the rest. He was at my house exactly when he said he would be and the car was clean and fully stocked exactly like we wanted it. We made our scheduled stops plus some additional stops that Eric recommended after we asked him for suggestions. To top off the great service we were provided, Eric dropped off an item at my house the next day that I had accidentally left in the limo. I can’t think of many companies that will go that much out of their way to provide excellent service above and beyond what you would expect. I highly recommend Eric and Alimena Limousine for any travel arrangements or party plans you may have.
